Right, We bit the bullet and put our own money in to cover the upgrade.

We have watched our resources go through the roof for no apparent reason.

We are not prepared to put any more money into this, I have asked numerous support people to try and work out why our resources are being eaten up, the latest reply being, Well you use vBulletin !!!!!
I totally appreciate that vBulletin is resource hungry, but if you look back at my original enquiries into using eUKhost VPs I did ask if they could handle a semi busy vBulletin site.
All our requests were answered with replies like ' Yes No Problem'

Unfortunately we have been led 'down the garden path' As they say.

Obviously a VPS Hosting cannot cope with a semi busy vBulletin site, And I feel that we have been duped into upgrading.

We have been told by 2 or 3 operators that we need to upgrade to dedicated.....Well this is deffo out of the question, so what I think we will have to do is roll back to a shared hosting plane.
Sam told us tonight that we cannot compare a shared hosting plan with a VPS Hosting because,
A shared hosting account has more RAM resources than a VPS Hosting....So why the hell have we been told that a VPS Hosting is the way forward?
I am of limited knowledge so have listened to all I have been told.....But I DO believe that I have been led astray with the VPS Hosting package.

I am not....AM NOT after refunds or free hosting....All I want is to be able to know that our web site hosting is available for an acceptable amount of time to our loyal members.....Is this too much to ask?
