Default Mail Server issues

I make no apologies for forgetting to introduce myself, i have had two days of two sides passing the buck.
Last week the domain aceticket.co.uk was sending and recieving email without a problem. It all stopped on Saturday.
My registrar is dyndns and my dns entries are pasted below from the email from support this afternoon:-

I am unsure why that error was recieved as we are properly returning
queries for your domaain and its records.

;; QUESTION SECTION:

However your mail server seems to be working incorrectly. When
attempting to send a test call ahead I can not properly perform the call
aheads due to each address I am setting with the MAIL FROM: command
returning as a SPF look up error. The two addresses I tried both have
valid SPF records.

mail from:
451 SPF lookup failure (#4.3.0)
mail from:
451 SPF lookup failure (#4.3.0)

dyndns.com. 84767 IN TXT "v=spf1 mx/24 ptr
ip4:63.208.196.0/24 ip4:204.13.248.0/22 a:lists.dyndns.com
ptrpensrs.net includeutbound.mailhop.org ~all"

google.com. 300 IN TXT "v=spf1
include:_netblocks.google.com ~all"

I would contact your mail administrator regarding this issue. As I can
not set a valid MAIL FROM address I can not test to see if your server
will accept mail to sales@aceticket.co.uk. I also noticed your server is
running extremely slow at the moment and would take up to a few minutes
for me to get a response from a command.

So, several hours of "live chat" later and the nameservers are:-

ns1679.ukVPS Hostinghosting.com

ns1680.ukVPS Hostinghosting.com

We are still at an impasse.

My simple solution is to pack up my bags and go home but i am a glutton for punishment!
Anyone able to help?

For the porpose of clarification, the domain is registered elsewhere, somewhere other than euk.
Thanks for any help anyone can give.

graham.
