I'm sure I'm just missing something obvious, but I have added (using plesk) a domain for a domain name (eyezoni.com) that I registered via yourselves a while back.
The problem is that the name is not resolving to an address and (no doubt for the same reason) I cant access the mail service.
The DNS record appears to point at Eukhost...
...I bet I've missed something really obvious
Is there a 'how to' or 'checklist' anywhere on the Eukhost pages to help in future?
