Default reverse DNS (sending to AOL)

Hi All,

AOL have sent me the following:

I am contacting you regarding the ticket you opened with AOL concerning a mail delivery issue for the IP A.B.C.D.
You are unable to send to AOL from IP A.B.C.D because your IP address has no reverse DNS (rDNS) PTR record. Please contact your ISP, and ask them to create a reverse DNS pointer record for your IP address. Make sure your domain name is reflected in it. Once your ISP has created a reverse DNS record, mail should successfully be delivered to aol.com addresses.

I'd like to know how to create the rDNS PTR record and input it myself.
1. Do I do this on my VPS Hosting server, through Plesk > DNS Settings. Or
2. should I do this in my 123reg.co.uk Control Panel as that's who I bought the domain through.

Also what do you recommend for the actul name of the rDNS entry, as it has to have my domain name in it. BTW I already have a MX record mail.domainname.com = IP A.B.C.D.

Thanks for your responses and help in my other post - much appreciated
