Private server died Sunday 13th July Early hours and was down until I discovered it at about 8:30am and NOW it has died again Monday 14th July... it doesn't look good when your customers call and ask if theres a problem and I can't tell them! Why can't Euk inform there clients of the problem?
I have been on live support for about an hour now and this is the longest it has taken to get the server back up and running..... This is not looking good
