So this 'little bug' with parallels will be common knowledge? Probably affecting all other parallels clients?
Is there any expanded information on their forums?

I think this is a very poor explanation to give paying customers for such a lengthy outage.
As for having machines set to auto start surely this is fundamental? I've played with openVZ and that is like basic stuff.
