I have a back up account but I haven't been given any information on how to use it! I have a ticket in the system #CIW-16885-910 that started as a Quality Assurance subject.... I posted my last comment on there roughly a day ago and I haven't had a resonse to it! I requested a daily back up of my
Dedicated Server but also I ask how much space had been allocated to me and how do I use the back up facility! From what I have read on here it appear to be a script that Euk sort out and the system just looks after itself without my intervention which is great for me but I would like to know when the backups will start... do i get notification of the backup? how do I moniter how much space I have?
