I currently do this but it does not give me access sent items (unless I BCC myself into all sent emails). It has worked so far though and I agree that this is most probably the simpilist solution. Thanks.

I had never looked into IMAP until now, I think this looks like a good option. I am going to research it a bit more and see what I find. Although it seems in the long run this seems more cost effective as I resell hosting to my clients from my
Dedicated Server I could offer them IMAP accounts which should help cover the cost of MailEnable.
