Some other Customers have had the same types of issues as you have faced (as you have stated about Rick) and I am sure the CMO or QA officer will let you know about the situation soon. I recommend e-mailing Mark or the QA (Quality Assurance: nick [at] eukhost.com or Mark: mark [at] eukhost.com) as I would find it disgraceful if I had attitude from a staff member as a client.
