Scheduled kernel upgrade on EL12 Node.
This is to notify that we are going to perform kernel upgrade on one of our node having semi-
dedicated servers hosted. We are going to install new “
2.6.9-023stab048.4-smp” Virtuozzo kernel on it. There is a bug in current Virtuozzo kernel with dcache leaks which will be fixed with this new Virtuozzo kernel.
This will affect only one node having semi-
dedicated servers hosted. This event will be carried out on
27th July 2008 (Sunday) at
2AM GMT. It will take 15-20 minutes approximately.
We will send email notification to customers hosted on this node.
