With you having specific requirements I would think you may end up having to write it yourself (if possible) or paying for it to be done or another script modified. Like you said though you could look into the Joomla extensions that you have found. Paypal offer tools to integrate it into your
website hosting but I do believe they charge for these services, especially if you are a business.
