I'm in the same situation as welshylad, with a default Plesk login and "Service Unavailable" when my URLs are visited. To save you some time, I have begun re-uploading the files needed for my secondary domain and redoing my email settings myself.
As other people have mentioned, I would prefer my
website hosting to be held on a UK based server. I look forward to receiving my free year's hosting.
