So you never tested your disaster recovery plan before then. Have you even got one.

There was no upgrade ro anything attempted on the server. Network virus damaged networking service completely on the server and DC invested couple of hours in repariing the old drive. We lost another 12 hours after that in attempt to restore backup as it is and the n number of plesk and windows errors made us loose our patience. We started manual restore after Lunch ( today ) so the previous 24 hours were complete waste of time. |
