website hosting still does not work (your last crash cost me £1000 to have it re-installed), this time you will pay.
My email still seems to be bouncing.
You are costing me thousands of pounds in lost business and my customers are losing confidence in us.
This does not instill me with any confidence that any of this will be fixed any time soon, plesk does not even work yet, let alone anything else. Is it even worth restoring stuff to this server?
We need a realistic estimate of up time for web
website hostings and we need it now. You are screwing with peoples businesses and incomes here due to a poor set up and poor procedures.
