Can I suggest this server is taken down as by you own admission it is not a desired solution and all account currently on this server be moved to a new UK based server.

It would now appear this is the only option, an additional 24 hours for a reliable server would be worth the wait. Currently we are waiting for a server this is not correctly configured and not reliable.
