httpdocs is the web root / default folder of any web site on our Windows servers. Hence you have to upload your web pages into this folder. Your Default.aspx page should work once you upload it on server and enable ASP.Net 2.0 for it from Plesk.
Regarding to MSSQL database you need to create the database from Plesk with corresponding login details so that we can restore its backup on server but for that we need to know your domain name, hence I would suggest you to email us at
windows@eukhost.com with domain name and the database name so that we can look into the issue further.
