Hello,

EMail Server on our Windows Shared hosting server has been recently upgraded to a higher version which allows us to reject emails from the IPs that do not have a PTR (rDNS) record. This is to minimize the number of SPAM that we receive on our server and also enables email to be rejected at the root level before flooding the Plesk mail filter.

You will have to ask your client to contact his/her ISP to have a PTR (rDNS) for the mail server IP address.
