We sincerely appreciate your feedback. Our average setup time for VPS's and Semi-dedicated servers is 2 -3 hours from morning 9 to evening 9 ( BST ). Setup process gets delayed sometimes as orders are escalated to our VPS team for setup only after verification and we don't call customers if they signup at late night
Some customers are requested to come on livechat and let us know if they would allow us to call them at night, but we verification department has strict instructions to avoid calling without customers request at night time.
