I've had need to contact support a few times since opening my account.
Each time the problems have been my lack of knowledge - not the hosting!
If you're thinking of using Eukhost, I just wanted to come on here and say that I've tried a few hosts over the years and none come close to Eukhost for service & support - let me repeat - not even close!
Thank you to everyone involved with keeping my sites up and running and I must just give particular mention (and thanks) to Shaun who has been unlucky enough to deal with my last couple of queries with outstanding knowledge and patience.
