Thought I'd create a new thread to tell everyone what I thought about the support received what I had a problem with my VPS not working, and thought other may wish to do the same.
So what do I think...
I feel the support are excellent. Everytime I have had a question or problem I have always got a quick response. Longest I have ever waiting from a response from eUKHost is about 4 hours!
For the first time use the Online Chat Support. The guys there were very helpful, had me back up and running very quickly (Thank you Victor and Scott M).
I've used 5 different companies over 10 years for hosting, and never had support like this. They have made it so easy and quick for the user. I think they all deserve a gold star
So, what do other members think about eUKHost's support team? I'd love to hear from you.
