Everyone needs to stop giving the support guys such a hard time. Accidents do happen and I'm sure lessons were learned and steps are being taken so this doesn't happen again.

Yes. We have learnt our lessons. We have accepted this challenge put up by plesk and windows and we have accepted it. We have given target to our windows system admins to implement auto restoration on one of our development server and they have been given time frame till the end of next week to come up with a solution. They will be given a messedup drive for restore.
To stay on safer side till this gets implemented we have configured network mirrored drives on the windows server which will update only once a week. RAID drives get updated constantly so incse of virus or anything on main drive would also remain infected. Its better to have drives on network synced manually once a week and that would be an ideal disaster recovery plan for windows.
