To eUKhost
After this mornings escapade of disappointment, i went away from the system in the hope that by my return this evening something may have changed. HOW WRONG I WAS!!
After my posting of thanking you for a partial resolution to www. ukleadsharvest.co.uk except the database was missing, I have since noticed and received emails from Mark advising me that my other 3 domains have been set up. WRONG again.
Now trying to access: www. firstmortgagemanagement.co.uk
www. firstmortgagemanagement.com and www. firstsecuredloans.co.uk i am shown an error 403 advising me that I do not have permissions to view my own
website hostings.
Also after re setting up my email accounts for all my domains, it was great to see the emails at least starting to come back through. Some not so nice and some with customers saying goodbye, your service stinks.
What happened to the past 2 days of e-mails that we on this forum have been advised would be restored as they where still being received ok by the mailserver even though the server was down? or are eUKhost telling me that i did not receive any emails over the past two days?!
I am sure that everyone at eUKhost is working there hardest to get this situation sorted, but unfortunately for myself and I am sure others the compensation offer provided of a years free hosting gives me little comfort compared to the cost of this breakdown to our business's due to the non prepared backup plan that now seems will be worked on in case this happens again.
It's a very silly question as I am sure the answer will be "Give us a little more time" "1 to 2 hours more" "working on it right now" but does anyone have an exact time scale of when your customers
website hostings, stored on your servers will be fully operational and back to how they where on Friday evening with no asp problems, no databases missing, no emails missing.
Thats all I am asking, is an honest answer from you guys rather than being fed the same non committal replies.
