There was a failure even with the restoration process which we initiated on this node. Infact we had multiple issues coming up in this process. This is what led to further delays. At this time, even as I write in, a new server is being setup on which virtuozzo is being installed. Once this is done, the backups will be restored. Appropriate compensation will be given to customers.
However, at this time, we are concentrating our efforts to get the node up and working as quickly as possible. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused and the delays which have happened.
