No one gives importance to backup untill and unless you loose £££'s due to data loss. We have been through such phase before couple of years as we never understood importance of backup in initial stages of business and once we lost data due to a stupid mistake of the datacenter guys ( formatted primary drive without our permission ) we understood what difference it makes when you dont have backup.

Here we have full backup of data and databases of all customers and we have multiple copies of backup but it took some time for restoration as plesk restore function gave n number of errors which could have taken few more days to be sorted.

I am equally good with windows like our other system admins but this thread never allowed me to do anything else. Those who messaged me on MSN expected quick solution but that didnt happen as management of resources in such situation is real test and one thing you learn is that never allow anything similar to happen again.
