Another thing I would like to add. My last hosting company messed up big time, but the didn't respond at all with messages saying they were trying to sort things out. Also your ranting messages here would have been removed, so it could be worse. It was all very frustrating, and it lost me business, but it does happen. At least eUkHost are learning from it, and will no doubt improve their services as a result..
