What you guys are saying is true. I am one of those who is guilty of being a little "hot headed" and for that I must appologise, these things always seem to happen at the most critical of times, I am not usually one to be rude.
The support has been very prompt given the situation, I can understand how the sheer volume of support requests can over stretch resources and can be a real test to the managent skills of those involved.
Although it didnt feel like it at the time when I was waiting at my desk for my
website hostings to come back online, the support at eukhost is excellent and extremely prompt in most normal situations. I would like to thank everyone involved in get things back on track.
