Also, I suggest changing your DNS servers to the OpenDNS ones, that normally erradicates any problems for Virgin users, they are:

I've reset the modem a few times including just now, without luck. I've also changed the router to us the OpenDNS info but alas no luck (visiting the site confirms I'm browsing using their DNS).
