After all this problems with Plesk we have finally found a best solution for windows platform. I have personal experience with all windows control panel and the only control panel that worked smoothly for months and more than a year without any errors was winpanel. Winpanel was a clone of hostingcontroller and development of winpanel was suddenly stopped for no reason.
We were notified that we wont get any support for any problems that would occur with winpanel and we had no option but to migrate to plesk. Plesk has good features and funtionalites but backup / restore function of plesk is very poor and incase of such situations plesk would be good enough to damage our reputation.
We have installed hostingcontroller on our new UK based servers and all the included functionalities seem to be better than what comes with cpanel ( linux control panel ).
