Yeah PC World staff suggested that, thought that was pretty stupid as that wipes the whole point of a laptop, being mobile.
After showing the store staff the typos I make, etc., they willingly replaced it for an ADVENT 9415 - and finally, able to type properly
The 9415 laptop I have now is slightly less in specifications than the K1501 laptop and unfortunately doesn't have a webcam built in, but luckily I bought a Logitech webcam for my birthday and the laptop certainly is light weight.
