New customer, signed up yesterday.
My first task was to contact support to request a site transfer.
I did this at 9 p.m with the hope that this could be done sometime over the weekend.
All I can say is
excellent!
This task, after providing the required details, was completed by 10-45 p.m. and I actually missed the notification having gone to bed early.
Was up at 4 a.m. dreading the thought of having to do this manually myself. Checked my emails, lo and behold email from support informing me that the transfer was complete. It was and everything is working fine.
