What is all this talk of bad service?
I have to say that I am stunned at the good quality of the support from eUKHost.
I have had several occasions in the past few days to contact support through Live Chat and every time they have been helpful, knowledgeable and resolved my issues or answered my questions very quickly and easily.
My last occasion was asnwered by John. R and he was excellent in helping me set up private DNS.
