Seems more positive comments have come in by a handful of customers so it seems a lot of adjustments have been made for customer service which is certainly satisfying. I have used support on one occasion recently and the error was fixed within 5 minutes or so.
I can remember I had one chat with a staff member and I had to close the conversation as I wasn't getting any response but while on chat it would be appreciated to keep the participant updated with what's going on as you know we can become a little impatient sometimes
