I appologise for this being my third post in a row but...

You know, how can I consider charging two current clients full price for a website hosting that will be delivered so late?

And how can I possibly regain their trust in me and the reliability of their website hosting, given that so far all they have seen is a website hosting that rarely works?

I tested their website hostings fully before the weekend and they both worked perfectly, I then told one of them it would be ready for him to launch on Monday. So he started telling people to go and look at it this week, now he looks like a bit of a fool because they have not been able to access it or when they have its not worked correctly. Who do you think he holds responsible? I can only tell him so many times that my web host is sorting it out before he decides to tell me where to stick his website hosting.

I know you are doing your best, but I just want things to work like they did before. Otherways there wont be much point as I will have lost my clients for good.
