IP Address blocking (Puma)
Does anyone else find the feature where the server blocks an IP address after a couple of wrong passwords really irritating?
Because of this feature I am unable to give clients access to their webmail or to their own cPanel incase they accidentally type the password wrong.
I am unable to use any other feature where people have to log in such as phpCoin etc, etc.
I understand that this feature is for security but I think it is completely riduculous and have never experienced this on any other web server.
I am very happy with Eukhost (aside from this) but I will be needing to use some accounting features soon where clients can log in to check their invoices and my be forced to find an alternitave hosting company.
