Hi Sean,
We will take care of migrating your websites from Puma to your VPS. You may face downtime of 10 - 30 minutes during migration process as A records of your domains will change after migration.
You will need to pay the difference which will be calculated by our billing department.
Please open a ticket with our billing department from
eUKhost Helpdesk :: Shared Reseller VPS Dedicated Server Hosting Support and ask them to generate invoice for the difference. They will take care of billing part and escalate your upgrade request to our VPS department. Our VPS department will then communicate with you and you will need to tell them what time would be convenient for you to switch DNS records of your domains to your new VPS.
