As above vBulletin is available on all packages to suit your needs. With regards to your post on WHUK forums, it only uses a fair amount of resources if your website starts getting 1,000's of hits per day then you would need to upgrade. Usually when that happens, you will be making money somehow and the forum will pay for itself
