I had a small issue installing a PHP CMS today, and the Support staff pleasantly surprised me with their assertiveness and promptness. Thinking it's a scripting related issue, I posted a question in the forums asking other members if they encountered similar issues. Anyway, it wasn't long before I was contacted (note, I didn't even have to contact them, they came to me) by the Support staff and we sorted it out real quick over live chat.
Eric (live chat support guy) was indeed very prompt in helping me not only with my current issue, but with a side-note that I inquired about.
All in all, I couldn't be happier with the support so far and I can't name too many companies that have support that can compete with EUKHost.
