We offer shared hosting plans starting from £22.99 a year. Some shared hosting customers contact our support team every day and our staff members help them for a couple of hours every day to setup their forums, blogs, CMS, Mailing lists and everything else that they wish to have on their website. Tell me if you can meet expectations of all such customers with staff members who are paid £25k per year ?
eUKhost has never outsourced its support nor will we ever think of doing so. We have our owned office in India and Durham, some of our staff members are based in Leeds and some work from the Datacenter in Maidenhead.
You are our customer from the last 18 months and you would have left by now if we had deployed outsourced support to deal with your tickets or chats.
