Ironically Philip Morris (cigarette company) conducted a private research in the 80s that showed that secondhand smoke was highly toxic, yet the company suppressed the finding during the next two decades...(source: lungusa.org) however it is too late for World Health Organization to find the fact about second hand smoke after such long time and it seems still uncontrollable but people especially the passive smokers should aware about this because there is no second life for second hand smokers.
