You should add your other domains as addon domains from your cpanel control panel and choose respective sub-directory for those while adding them as addon domains. This will automatically point those domains to respective sub-directory and they will show content of respective sub-directory once they start resolving from our servers.

If you find this difficult to sort from your side, then ask our support team to get this sorted for you. I'm quite sure you will manage to figure it out yourself when you do this for one of your domains. Make sure you don't choose to empty your sub-directories while adding the addon domains.
