I've asked one of our windows team to fix your FTP problem. They will get back to you asap.

I think I'm beginning to understand Plesk, slowly.. I'm not actually adding domains to the control pannel, as if I were buying a domain and adding it to a package, I'm just adding "domain settings" if you follow me. So I could add
Google to Plesk if I wanted, not that I'd be able to modify the nameserver settings in order to make it point to my site.
I've tried adding the domain that I need but I can find no place in the entire control pannel which makes any reference to the subdirectory I wish to forward it to. I've tried the typical functions such as: "domain administrator", "dns settings", "setup", "subdomains", "web directories", "file manager"....etc. Sorry I'm not better at this, I even tried looking through the Plesk documentattion, which didn't help.
Thanks about the ftp account, will keep checking.

I tried going into Setup for the domain, but when using Physical forwarding it doesn't give you any dir options, it just asks you about MS Frontpage etc, yuk!
