Firstly,
to the forums Charles.
Secondly, I don't think you can show Google Ads in flash. As much as, reading adsense terms and conditions it strictly forbids the changing of appearance or delivery of the ads - which would also making them flash against these terms.
Prepare to face the wrath of Google if you attempt such a thing (as well as having your account frozen).
