Up until now, I've been extremely happy with the support that I've received from eUKHost - but saying that Mozilla is a "different but better" browser and that I should use it is a really amateur response. I use IE for the same reason I use Windows hosting rather than Linux, not necessarily because it's the best (I'd agree, it's not) but because it's what most of my clients use and this site is my sandpit. I moved to eUKhost for this specific reason - Windows hosting rather than Linux/unix.

Quoting my earlier reply, "Can you
try using
Mozilla Firefox", I used the word
try for the purpose which would make the point clear whether the problem lied in the machine or the browser. It'd have sounded amateur but I had no intention that you switch from IE to Firefox permanently or to any other browser. I have IE 6.0 installed on one my local machine & IE 7 on the other. I've attached screenshots from both the versions which show the button. I did the various browser tests, to confirm whether the problem lied in the control panel or the browser. I commented Firefox as "different but better", because I myself use that browser & a change in the browsers would help us track down the irregularity of being associated with the machine or IE specific..

I know and accept that the problem must ultimately lie with my machine or browser since it doesn't happen on other machines but there must also be an issue with Plesk that no matter how many times I clear the cache and do ctrl-f5 or whatever, I still can't see that icon on this PC. I've not come across any other web based application that exhibits this anomaly. Don't forget that I could see this icon before your upgrade to Plesk in June/July of this year.

Coming to the point that the control panel upgrade has caused this issue, there are several clients hosted on the same server as your account is, they have never encountered such an anomaly before with the control panel features going missing. You've confirmed in your earlier replies that you can see the icon from another machine indicates that it's definitely a problem on your local system.
Which version of IE are you using? Have you recently updated the Windows OS, or installed any updates, which may be responsible for the browser to act this way? Can you provide me the remote access to your local machine, so that I can login to fix this issue?
I've added a 'Custom button' to your Plesk control panel named "Add New Virtual Directory", through which you'd be able to access the feature directly from the main control panel interface, I've attached a screenshot for that as well. Let me know if that icon is visible on your end.
I'd suggest moving/copying your account to a different server to check if that makes the icon to re-appear on your local machine/browser. Let us know if you'd like us to proceed with that..
Finally, I make an apology if any of my replies has made you unhappy, but they were in direction & solely meant to help you in your problem.. We at Eukhost always give our best to any extent to sort out issues faced by our clients; we never let them down at any instance.
