MySQL databases are stored in /var/lib/mysql/ and you dont have access to that path on the server. Once you upload your database backup and restore it, it will go in /var/lib/mysql/ but there is no other way to enter /var/lib/mysql directory on the server.

You need to make full backup of your acconut on old host and restore it over here. Easiest way is to provide cpanel login details of your previous host to our support team and we will move your data from old host to our server. We will need to recreate your account so make sure that you open a ticket and mention in it that you dont have any important data in your account hosted with us and you allow us to delete your account and fetch fresh data from your account with old host.
