end user support - reseller account
Do I recall reading somwhere that I can pipe my end user support emails straight through to EUK (or did I make that up)?
If I didn't imagine it, been working late shift this week, how do I set it up in plesk and how would EUK manage questions about charging etc that I would want referred back to me.

p.s. disapointed to read a thread the other day that you dont use RAID configurations, disc failures happen and I am wondering how I will explain that to my customers who expect RAID1 as standard, RAID5 for enterprise level apps.
