Just tagging on to this thread to say that my experience since signing up a week ago has also been good. I've had quick responses and resolutions from emails to support. I've had some minor intial setup matters resolved, I've got answers to queries about using cPanel and WHM, and I've had what might be thought of as a specialist request enabled within a couple of hours (an extra Apache module enabled).
