https://www.eukhost.com/mb/order/ and complete the ordering process. Leave it when it wants you to proceed to payment options.
Once you have done this then update this thread and I will credit the invoice to get your domain name registered. This is the easiest way to get your free domain as it will register your domain automatically and the nameservers would be setup to point to your windows hosting account.
