The syntax https://SERVER-HOSTNAME.eukhost.com/~USERNAME/ is mapped to the document root [public_html folder] of your webspace, such that when https://cambridge.eukhost.com/~SECRET/ is viewed through a browser, it'd show up the contents of your website in a secure channel/layer.
eg: If you upload test.php in the public_html of your website via FTP, it'd be seen as https://cambridge.eukhost.com/~SECRET/test.php in a secure way.
You won't be able to access cPanel as mentioned in your earlier post, but by directly using the following syntax:
http://92.48.108.230/cpanel or http://your-domain.com/cpanel
