We have recently configured our customized spam protection scripts on all servers which was tested for 15 days on our helpdesk server and one other server.
Results were above our expectations and thats why we implemented same script on all servers. I dont think you will loose any genuine emails due to this configuration but if you think you lost some emails then let me know the email addresses from where those emails were sent and I will go through the logs.
Better option would be to open a ticket from our helpdesk :
http://support.eukhost.com and provide me with the ticket number.
