"Pending Delete" applies to .com and .net domains refers to the 5-days timeframe after
Redemption during which time VeriSign holds the domain.
One cannot recover .com/.net domains in the "Pending Delete" status. Domain should be recovered by paying additional fees when it enters into Redemption Period.
